Mike is responsible for acquisition strategies, development management and investment. He formerly ran Merivale Moore plc and was once Young Property Person of the year. He has a keen interest in the latest workplace trends and sustainability issues. Mike has over 33 years of real estate experience and is a full member of the RICS. Outside work Mike is a keen cyclist and sailor and has managed to sail from Liverpool to Perth.
With 33 years of experience across a range of sectors, Mike is well versed in commercial and contractual matters and takes a keen interest in ESG best practice.

Charlie is primarily responsible for business development, maintaining key client relationships, investment, development, and asset management. He is dedicated to ensuring projects are run efficiently, delivered on time and on budget with a passionate interest in ESG. Charlie has 33 years of experience and is a full member of the RICS. Charlie’s other interests include trekking, running and mountain climbing and once successfully summitted Mont Blanc.
